D. Grenville Thomas
Position: Chairman of the Board

D. Grenville Thomas is a graduate of University College, Cardiff, Wales having obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering in 1964. From then until 1967 he was employed as mining engineer and geologist at Falconbridge Nickel Mines in Sudbury, Ontario and at Giant Mines in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. From 1967 to 1976 he worked as a self-employed mineral property prospector and contractor, focusing primarily on properties located in the Northwest Territories. Mr. Thomas founded Highwood Resources Ltd. and has held positions as Director and Officer of that company. He also founded and has held positions as Chairman, President and Director of Toronto-based Aber Resources Ltd. (now Aber Diamond Corporation). Aber holds interests in various properties throughout the Northwest Territories, including the Diavik Diamond Mine, Canada's second diamond mine. More recently, Mr. Thomas was a Director of both Navigator Exploration Corp. and Strongbow Resources Inc. Strongbow Resources merged in 2004 becoming Strongbow Exploration Inc. Mr. Thomas currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board with Strongbow Exploration.

 
Gordon Clarke
Position: President and CEO

Gordon Clarke graduated with a Minerals Technology Diploma from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 1983. In 1994 he graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a Master of Science Degree in Geology, after completion of an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree (Geology) at Acadia University. While a geological technologist he worked for Urangesellschaft, Westfield Minerals, GeoSearch Consultants, Echo Bay Mines and Covello, Bryan and Associates. After graduating from the University of New Brunswick, Mr. Clarke became a principal in Covello, Bryan and Associates, which subsequently became Aurora Geosciences. In 2002 he joined Diavik Diamond Mines, where he worked as senior mine geologist and superintendent exploration. His career experience has been primarily in Canada's north where he has carried out extensive field work and has managed numerous precious metal, base metal and diamond exploration programs. Mr. Clarke is a registered Professional Geologist in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

 
Lou Covello
Position: Director

Mr. Covello is a registered professional geologist with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut and has over forty years of northern exploration experience for diamonds, uranium, and precious and base metals. Past exploration experience has included work with Noranda Inc. and Mattagami Lake Mines. He is former principle partner in Covello Bryan ans Associates Ltd and Aurora Geosciences Ltd. Mr. Covello is a long standing member of the Geological Association of Canada and the Canadian Institute for Mining and Metallurgy and is currently the President of the Northwest Territories and Nunavut Chamber of Mines.

 
Ken Armstrong
Position: Director

Ken Armstrong graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree (Geology) in1992 and from Queen's University with a Master of Science Degree in Geology in 1995. He worked as a geologist with Diavik Diamond Mines Inc. from 1996 to 1997 and during that time was involved with the development of the original resource models for the Diavik Diamond mine in the Northwest Territories. Mr. Armstrong joined Aber Resources Ltd. in the fall of 1997 as Project Geologist, and since that time has also managed diamond, gold, and base metal exploration programs in Canada's north for Navigator Exploration Corp., Strongbow Resources Ltd. and Stornoway Diamond Corporation. Currently Mr. Armstrong is President and CEO of Strongbow Exploration Inc. Mr. Armstrong is a registered Professional Geoscientist in the Province of Ontario.
