The Regan Lake project is located approximately 165 km southeast of the former Lupin mine site and approximately 440 km northeast of Yellowknife.

Size:
Approximately 9,787 ha of a Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated (NTI) parcel (BB-07) of Inuit Owned Lands (IOL).

Ownership:
100% North Arrow.

Highlights:
  • Historical work has identified gold mineralization in "Lupin-style" iron formation.
  • Property has been completely covered by and airborne fixed wing magnetic survey and selected portions covered by helicopter borne magnetic and electromagnetic surveys.
  • Gold grades in iron formation hosted quartz veins range up to 31.24 g/t Au.

Summary:
Intermittent historical work from the 40's to the 80's has identified the presence of gold bearing iron formation. Work by Strongbow from 2003 to 2005 included airborne geophysical surveys and limited prospecting and mapping programs. Outcrop exposure is limited (approximately 10%) and the airborne surveys have outlined responses characteristic of folded iron formation. These overburden covered responses with known favourable stratigraphy, constitute drill ready targets.
