Ken Armstrong
,President & CEO
Ken Armstrong has over 18 years of experience in the exploration industry. Prior to becoming President and CEO of North Arrow, Ken was President and CEO of Strongbow. Prior to taking on a corporate management role, Ken worked as a geologist for a number of companies including Rio Tinto, Aber Resources (now Harry Winston Diamond Corporation) and Navigator Exploration. Mr. Armstrong also serves as Director of Bayswater Uranium Corporation. Mr. Armstrong is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario (1992) and Queen's University (1995) and is a registered Professional Geoscientist in the Province of Ontario.
Wayne Johnstone

Mr. Johnstone graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1977 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree and in 1979 earned his chartered accountant designation. He has over 30 years of financial experience with public and private companies. During the past 25 years, Mr. Johnstone has focused on mineral exploration and development stage public companies throughout North and South America. Mr. Johnstone was previously Chief Financial Officer of Creston Moly Corp., during which time he played a significant role with the company prior to its acquisition by Mercator Minerals Ltd.
Brenda Nowak
,Corporate Secretary
Ms. Nowak has 20 years of experience in the securities legal industry, and has been Corporate Secretary for International Northair Mines Ltd., New Dimension Resources Ltd., Troon Ventures Ltd. and Stornoway Diamond Corporation since 2007. She is formerly the Corporate Secretary for Capstone Mining Ltd. and Creston Moly Corp. which underwent a Plan of Arrangement with Mercator Minerals Ltd. in Spring 2011. Prior to joining the Northair Group, Ms. Nowak was a paralegal with DuMoulin Black LLP and held positions with Nexus Venture Capital Lawyers and Aber Diamond Corporation.

(now Dominion Diamond Corporation), Stornoway Diamond Corporation and Lucara Diamond Corp. and is currently CEO of Kaminak Gold Corporation and a director of Suncor.
